Coach Requirements


All teams need to have an identified coach to act as a point of contact with the league. Coaches have the ability to:

Teams may have up to 4 listed coaches, managers and/or trainers listed on their roster. At each game, someone must print and sign their name in the Coach section of the game sheet. The individual does not have to be a listed coach, if any of the listed coaches are not at the game. The league requires anyone on the roster to sign their name in the Coach section because if there is an issue with the game, the league knows who to get in contact with.

 

AMSL and Master's Elite Coaching Qualifications (Outdoor Only)

Any coach attending a Provincial Competition MUST have completed a CPIC. For steps on completing a CPIC, please click here.

Please contact the CUSA office to receive a letter needed to complete the CPIC. CUSA will cover any of the charges for CPICs completed using the online e-Pic process.

Each AMSL and Master's Elite team in the Outdoor seasons must also have:

  • Full Community Coach Certificate OR Soccer for Life + MED

 

Provincial Division Coaching Qualifications
